Open Enrollment 2013-2014 Plan Year

Open enrollment for the health and life insurance plans is currently underway!

TCC has renewed the current benefit options for the upcoming plan year effective June 1, 2013.  Each employee will receive an enrollment packet which includes summary plan descriptions and enrollment/change forms.

TCC recently held employee meetings to review the information in the employee packet.  Please click on the link provided to view a recording of one of the meetings.  This may be helpful as you are going through the packet.  The video is approximately one hour.

Please note:  Open enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your benefits, unless you have a qualifying change in life status as defined by the IRS:

  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • Birth/Adoption of child

For any of these qualifying events, you can change your selections within 30 days of the event.  If you do not experience one of these events, you cannot make changes to your plan until the next open enrollment period.  Please give careful consideration when reviewing the plan information and making your selections.

If you are not making any changes, you do not need to complete any enrollment forms.  Your existing level of benefits will automatically renew beginning with the plan year effective June 1, 2013.

If you are making changes, all change forms must be received by HR no later than Friday, May 24, 2013.
